Simple and comfortable property, its location is excellent for easy access and travel to points of convenience, close to downtown, a few steps from the pier and the temple of Santa Maria Ahuacatlan. It has a living room with TV, a kitchen-dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 of them share a bathroom and 1 more has a separate bathroom). Partial lake view from the terrace. There is no parking, but 2 public parking lots are 50 meters away. 10% discount on food purchases in the restaurant on the ground floor.

The atmosphere and purpose of our house is rest, disconnection and tranquility. If your "mood" were alcohol and excessive music, we are definitely NOT the right space.
