My accommodation (approx. 68 m2) is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, right next to the beautiful Augarten Park on the 5th floor with a lift of a residential complex, in a quiet location. The Ferris wheel and Prater are not far, U-Bahn U2 is 5 minutes on foot. You'll love my place because of the quiet but convenient location. You can also walk to the 1st district (Stephansdom) in 20 minutes. We are also happy to offer you a third room (or a second bedroom) For an extra €20 per night.

The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.
