Holiday rentals with lake access in Đống Đa

A small room is beautifully decorated in a rustic and minimal style, creating a truly quiet and relaxing space. The bathroom is very clean. The location is convenient, close to many tourist attractions. The amenities are fully equipped, with Netflix and a Soundbar being a big plus. There are a few minor drawbacks, such as the narrow walkway, the somewhat inconvenient folding door, and the bathroom switch being located outside. However, these are acceptable given the very reasonable price. The host is friendly and willing to assist me with luggage storage. A space worth experiencing!

Had a lovely stay here, arrived late at night and left early in the morning so didn’t get a chance to meet the family but the stay was well set up with everything I needed and the instructions they provided were very clear so was easy to navigate the side alley ways even in the dark! They were super responsive to my questions and concerns so would definitely stay again

A lovely experience. The hosts are friendly and allowed to have early check-in. The cat Olive is so lovely, friendly, and approachable. She actually came out to welcome us after we got to know her. The location is not in the older quarter but it's located on the main road, so you will have no problem grabbing a taxi to the center city or tourism sites for about 3 US dollars. BTW, the place is so quiet. I heard no chaos from the main street. I suppose around the place there is a foreigners' community, mostly Japanese, and you can find many authentic Japanese restaurants, Japanese supermarket, a Korean restaurant and an Indian one. AND one more thing to IELTS test takers: this place is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to IDP Hanoi computer-based exam venue. Definitely recommend this place. 很美好的体验。主人友好，允许我们早入住。猫咪Olive非常可爱，友好，亲人。熟悉了之后她甚至去门口迎接我们。地点不在老城区，但是在主干道上，所以在主干道上打车去城区或旅游景点很方便，大概20人民币。并且，这里非常安静。听不见主干道上的吵闹声。我猜附近有外国人聚集区，所以有很多地道日料店，日本超市，还有一个韩国餐馆和印度餐馆。并且【雅思考生】注意：这地方离河内IDP电脑考试考场近，仅10-15分钟步行距离。推荐此地！

It's not central, and there are no things to do nearby on foot, but if you take a car, the building is very pleasant.

Very spacious and well presented apartment, with fantastic view of the city and the lake. Comfortable beddings, good shower, lots of storage. The lake area is lovely and has lots of coffeeshops. Highly recommend!

Very responsive host. as our previous booking got cancelled last min, we gotta source for another place and Hana was responsive and took my booking. check in was real easy, place is clean as per picture. working distance to malls/food. strong recommend for visitors with family.

this place is easy to find and easy when booking a taxi. around the apartment there are minimarkets and places to eat. the lobby is cool and clean. the reception stand by 24 hours, there is security on standby as well. the check in and check out process is very easy, Vu and Nong Lee are always quick to respond and help when there are problems. the place is as advertised, comfortable, complete and new facilities. The kitchen is very cool, the utensils are complete. hot water, air conditioning all work well. The bathroom is clean and provided with towels and toothbrushes. there are many storage cabinets available, glass, lights are very bright if i go to Hanoi, i will come back to this place. feel free to book this place, highly recommended. thank you Vu and Nong Lee❤️❤️
