The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

it is a very good place, clean and spacious, bathroom is also good. it has a very quite surrounding yet it is close to the main area. host is very responsive and the staff took good care of us. the Projector works very well and you can enjoy big screen. overall enjoyed the complete experience.

To be honest,for our first day we did not get to see this place and was placed elsewhere because there was an unexpected power outage in the area so the hosts arranged another place for us to stay which we really appreciate. The place was a bit small but cozy and clean. The hosts were also very responsive and very friendly,responds within minutes when we ask something or asks for recommendations. It is also a short walk from the lake.

It was a great place for our first night in Hanoi. Anh was very responsive and friendly. There are a lot of stairs but very doable. The air conditioners work great. Very comfortable and great for the price. It was nice to walk through the alley way through a neighborhood restaurant. There is a Circle K nearby to grab waters and other things. We also did a massage around the alley from the apartment. It was awesome. Highly recommend. The place is very walkable and great for exploring on foot. Also recommend All Day Coffee about a block down. The food and pastries was very good

We are happy to stay at Hoa house. To note that all beds (rooms) are connected, no real door to separate so it's convenient for group of friends but not for couples. We like all the small nice details there. Thank you.

Great location and each suite was very comfortable. It’s as if you’re renting an entire boutique hotel for yourself! Mochi was very helpful in arranging airport transport and responding to queries.

The apartment is stunning and modern in the middle of an authentic Vietnamese residential neighborhood, meaning the apartment is very western in its design and suitable for tourists who want to indulge. Location on the main street! Everywhere we walked. We were 8 friends in the apartment and there is no space for everyone, a bummer but we got along in the small living room, for those who are relevant. In addition there is no dining area so we did not cook ourselves. The host's response was accessible and comfortable and warm, so we felt really comfortable. The neighbors complain about noise and cigarettes so please pay attention. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and highly recommend.

Booked a room here for my 2 days trip to Hanoi and the location is just perfect. There's a lot to see, do and eat just within walking distance, and both Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho is just a short taxi ride away. I got a written guide for everything, both before and during my stay, and Yen was super easy to contact. My group of 5 had the whole place for ourselves, which is convenient. The rooms were comfy, although you might have trouble with the stairs if mobility is an issue.

Great location in Hanoi Old Quarter, everything matched the describtion. The accommodation really gives you a hint how to locals live in the center of Hanoi. Tri was very responsive, arranged for us sim card and money exchange for a good rate. Definitely recommend! The first access to the accommodation is a bit funny, but once you climb all the stairs once, everything else is easy 🙏. Thank you again!

Was able to check in early for $20 fee, bedrooms and bedding were clean, restaurants and shops are all close enough to walk to, would definitely stay here again

Very nice place! A manager was there to help us when we checked in around midnight. Towels and toiletries were provided - beds were clean, though the entire house is a bit smaller than you may expect from the pictures. The area is nice - right next to things going on in the Old Quarter, but nestled away far enough to keep it quiet when we sleep.

The host was incredibly attentive and kind, always quick to respond and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly prepared with care. I really felt at home here. The location was also amazing! Just a short walk to great local restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots. Super convenient whether you're exploring or just relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sapphire and Palm are responsive hosts to our inquiries, there are great coffee shops and restaurants around the area. Beds and pillows are soft, so comfortable and clean. Just a suggestion to put screen doors and screen windows so mosquitoes wont come in if one wants some air. Overall, we had a great time in the homestay. Highly recommend
