Holiday rentals with a home cinema in 동탄1동

Truly a great apartment and location!

We loved our stay here! We were a family of four traveling with the grandparents for a little over a week and this space worked great for us - we needed 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry. The host was so flexible and responsive working with us to store bags, get into the space a little early, and eventually leave a little later, and great about answering any and all questions. Everything was clean and easy to find and she walked us through how to use everything. The only concern I had was it was a little far from areas we like to visit like Gangnam and Hongdae and Myeongdong but it was easy to walk to the green line and ride the subway for 15-30 minutes, plus we had no problems getting taxis when we needed. The neighborhood had tons of convenience stores and good restaurants which was a huge plus for us. Would definitely recommend!

Staying here was really restful and fuss free. Host allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time so that we could be hands free to explore Seoul. When we checked-in we were welcomed with calm music and a clean and beautiful place. There were clear instructions on how to use the space, including the tea set that was prepared for us. Warm tea was much needed especially on some cold days - lovely with yagwa that we bought for ourselves! I loved the attention to detail even on the smallest things, like the cards that were used to direct us to the qr code with instructions on how to use the projector for example was elegantly done. There’s a drawer where you can find korean board and card games. The location was very convenient as well. Just 15 mins bus ride to Itaewon (google Golden Piece as direction to Itaewon) and 30mins to MimiLine. Overall wonderful stay.

I've used Airbnb to celebrate my friend's departure, and I think it'll be difficult to find another place in the future because I stayed at the host's place that was so good from the first place. Thanks to the scent of the fresh flower diffuser when I checked in after finishing my schedule, my fatigue flew away and I played until the sun came out!! Even though it was my first time visiting, I kept saying that I wanted to add one night with my friend to the comfort of my home... It was a shame that I couldn't because the reservation was full!! I'd like to visit again soon. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

It is connected to Dongtan Station, so transportation is convenient, and since it is on the upper floor of the department store building, the amenities such as cafes and restaurants are great. Even in the summer, the air conditioner is connected to the accommodation, so it's cool. The location is good, so I go on vacation to this building every time, and Elstay was the most thoughtful and kind of the host. I rested comfortably like my own home with warm heart and consideration. Thank you!

It's clean, well-located, and there are lots of places to eat nearby, so I recommend it as a place to stay in Yongin Station Bukdong. The loft space is the same as the photos, and I think you can have a good time if you come with a baby.

Like other people's reviews, it was a place with your sensory interior. In addition, the storage space under the separate collection was well done, so it was very easy to organize. The space itself is not large, but it is a place that has been very well utilized. There are a few disadvantages shown in the reviews, but given those shortcomings, I also sympathized with the fact that it stood out as an advantage that I wanted to come back to. I rested comfortably due to the host's small consideration, such as disposable items. If I'm going to stay around here again next time, I'd love to find it again.

It was neat, clean, and spacious, so I used it comfortably. The bathroom and toilet were a little narrow, but it wasn't too uncomfortable. It was cold because it was early spring when the visit was raining, but thanks to the electric pad on the bed, I was able to sleep warmly. The host also kindly guided me, so I had a pleasant stay ~ ~

We had an amazing time at Kwangchans place, it was in such a great neighbourhood and we felt right at home. It was really safe and a great space inside and out! The house had a lot of character and we really enjoyed it as it was a nice distance from all the major attractions and places. We can’t wait to stay there next time we’re back - thanks Kwangchan

The house is clean I used two adults and three children. It was nice that there were plenty of towels ~ ^ ^

The accommodation is a location, so it's close to anywhere in the hot place. It was so nice that parking was available, and there were 3 rooms, so it was very comfortable to sleep away from my boyfriend. The other place was an induction stove, so I didn't like the fire, but the stove was really nice and everything was perfect.

Eight adults could gather, and it was easy to use cleanly. It was near Suwon Sanseong, so the location was good. It was a loft, so it was also good for separating the sleep. It was also nice to have two bathrooms. On the second floor, it was prepared for games, so I was able to gather and have fun playing games such as saying. The host gave me detailed instructions in advance, so it was easy to provide information to my acquaintances, and it was very helpful to use the accommodation.😁

It's accessible and cozy, so it's so comfortable! You can also see Ott as much as you want with the beam projector.
