This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Traditional Croatian 100 years old stone house on riverside surrounded by mountains and nature. Big jacuzzi (hot tub) for 5 people, beautiful view, yard with chairs, table and BBQ stove. 5 min with car to the seaside and beach, 20 min with car to the center of Split. A lot of locations for walking and enjoying nature. House has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and small bed room with bunk bed. Kitchen combined with dining room and living room.
