Stan se nalazi na jednoj od najatrkativnij lokacija u Podgorici. U blizini stana su locirane ambasade Kine, Turske i Madjaraske. Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km. U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici.
