Our small cottage is part of a farmhouse in the countryside of Castagneto Carducci. Do you love being in contact with nature and tranquility? Do you like walks on the semi-deserted beaches, or cycling to discover some of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany? Do you love good, authentic food? And what about Bolgheri wines? Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Il Frassino is a charming little house built in 2024, consisting of a large room organized into air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch. Typical Tuscan garden with large shaded areas; a hedge separates it from the Accattapane road. Relaxation space available for any activity and car parking. In front of the Frassino there is another small house, Il Corbezzolo, belonging to the agriturismo.
