Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. The apartment is located in a pedestrian street which is a recognized pintxos area and meeting point after work. Just in front of the main door there is a gym for those who want to play sports; the beach is at the end of the street for those who want relax and surf; and business travelers are next to the Kursaal Convention Center. Those who come with children have a small park at a 1 minute walk and another park much bigger at a 2 minutes walk. There are 2 nearby supermarkets and 2 parkings.

Apartamento céntrico de 67 m2, ¡totalmente reformado! A sólo 300 m de la Catedral del Buen Pastor y a 600 m de la playa ¡En pleno centro de la ciudad! Con wifi y calefacción. El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios, (uno con cama de 1,35 m y el otro con cama de 1,60 m) y amplio salón-cocina-comedor. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen balcón y vistas a la calle. La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluso con lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora. ¡Apartamento muy acogedor y luminoso!

Centrally located and cozy apartment, located next to Plaza Easo, on a pedestrian street in downtown San Sebastián. The accommodation is a 4-minute walk to the cathedral, just over 5 minutes to La Concha Beach and about 10 minutes to the Old Town, where you can enjoy the best pintxos in the city. The bus station and train station are just over 8 minutes away. And the Euskotren station (direct connection to France) is located just a 2-minute walk away.

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.
