Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery store and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hikes and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Former farmhouse of the Périgord completely renovated, in its green setting (4 hectares), ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside in all seasons with a large family, several families or a group of friends. Nature, calm and authenticity with all modern comforts. Heated pool (28c in summer / 25c at the beginning and end of the season) and jacuzzi. Close to all the tourist places of Dordogne 7 days minimum, from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am.

Stone barn with a swimming pool and lake.

Forming part of a large property hidden away from the outside world. The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

In a climate not overlooked, only 4 km from the medieval city of SARLAT well located to access the riches of the Dordogne Valley such as Lascaux, Beynac, Castelnault, Montford... The 8x4 pool is secured by its child-proof enclosure Fenced property with gate. Idyllic setting for your vacation close to the sites but in the countryside.
