A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Playground equipment and vehicles, as well as helmets, are available. Electric cars can be charged at 30 cents/kWh. The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

From this centrally yet quietly located accommodation, you can reach all the beautiful places in our surroundings. The Teutoburg Forest and the Weser River offer wonderful day trip destinations. Hameln, Rinteln, Lemgo, Barntrup and Blomberg are each 20-30 minutes away by car. Minden and Detmold 40 minutes. All wonderful cities with a lot of ancient history and sights. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. REWE, Aldi etc. as well as bakeries are within walking distance.

Relax/feel good at the Knick

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Start hikes and bike rides directly from here into the beautiful nature of the surroundings. Bicycles can be rented here. Visit farm shops and weekly markets close by. Stay in the teepee or experience the feeling of racing on the RC car race track right by the house. Snuggle up in a blanket and get comfortable on the sofa by the stove, read a good book from the large selection or drink a beer by the campfire. Everything is included.
