건물 전체를 독채로 사용 ! ! ! 신대방삼거리역 근처. 5번출구에서 직선거리로는 210미터. 역세권입니다. 밤 11시 30분 혹은 자정 넘어서 예약요청을 하신 경우 아침시간에 수락될 수 있습니다. 하지만 저희 민박집에 오려는 손님은 날마다 많으니 먼저 찜한 손님한테 우선권. 밑에 중요한 주의사항이 몇가지 있으니 반드시 한번은 대충이라도 읽어보세요. 6월부터 주차장 제공 중단. ㅠ ㅠ 괜찮은 인테리어이고 리모델링을 한지 얼마 안되어서 깔끔합니다. 손님이 오시기 전에 늘 쓸고 닦고 머리카락 제거에 신경을 많이 쓰네요. ^^ 전체 건물을 독채로 사용하며 별장같은 느낌이 날겁니다. 층간소음은 걱정 없지요. 조용한 동네이며 이웃집과 방음은 잘되어 있습니다. 그 이유는 건물이 독채이고 이웃건물과 안붙어 있으니깐. ^^
