Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Cabin on stilts on Millet pond. Ideal for two people but can accommodate four people comfortably. We offer you an encounter with the wild nature of Argonne. A boat is available, forest hikes and not forgetting visits to World War I sites. For safety reasons, the cabin is not suitable for children under 12 years old Located 15km from the city of Sainte Ménéhould. The Tree House is closed in winter, from November to March.

The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.
