The bay view from the top floor will delight you at any time of the day. Its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can accommodate 8 people while maintaining your privacy. Spacious and bright, young and old will be like fish in the water thanks to their dedicated spaces.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

You will enjoy the view of the sea, the lighthouse of Tristan Island and part of the port of Treboul. On one side the fishing port is 600 meters away, on the other the marina is easily accessible in a few minutes' walk. The halls are 400 m from the studio.
