Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Great location, the views from the upstairs terrace are amazing. Loads of space for a family to relax. Ouilidia beach is incredible, so much to explore and loads of fantastic restaurants including the Octopus on the complex. We will be visiting again.

An exceptional stay in a villa perfect for families! The kids had a blast with the outdoor games and the small farmhouse added a magical touch to our stay. Quiet, clean, and perfectly suited for young and old alike. We'll be right back!

Great spot. Highly recommend getting the airport transfer as Abdul in our case showed us how to get to the house which may be difficult to locate in the vibrancy of the Medina. Quiet street but a literal 20 second walk from shops a good restaurants. Very friendly and responsive. Great home to get the Marrakech experience.

The location of this riad was amazing! In the super cool Kasbah area; close to everything with lots of amazing restaurants but also felt like a nice neighbourhood… the riad itself did not dissapoint! Beautiful and had everything we needed. Very comfortable, clean etc… Boushra made our breakfast every morning and she was lovely! Highly reccomend this place and would stay again

Great apartment, we had a lovely stay! It's a short walk to the train station, which is very convenient! Elhoussaine is a responsive host, our plane was arriving quite early and Elhoussaine let us arrive early in the apartment!

The host and staff were very extremely helpful. The area was beautiful, very peaceful and most importantly secure. very close to amazing restaurants, cafes and hemem. The old city(Madina) was only about a 15 minute journey by car. All in all we had a lovely experience.

Loved our stay at this home in the heart of Marrakech! The apartment is beautiful, in real life it is better than in the photos, very spacious, very clean, very well equipped and perfectly suited to families. Its location 2 steps from M Avenue is really very convenient: you can get out easily, everything is within easy reach without having to go out by car, A real plus when you are with children. Houda and Kamel are great, warm and very available hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

Hakim and Naïma were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hakim communicated warmly through Airbnb, and Naïma took great care of my parents during their stay on site. The location is excellent, a calm and peaceful area with a spacious parking lot and a quiet balcony. Everything they needed was available, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

Great base for Marrakesh - plenty of space and not far from a Carrefour, and very close to the train station too.

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated. Good lighting and attention to detail. Very comfortable and clean. Private terrace was spacious and welcoming. It has a private parking. Hosts were very nice, helpful and accommodating. We have booked last minute and had everything ready. Apartment has a concierge, who were very helpful too. Overall, we would most definitely recommend it to other travellers.
