Welcome to our stone cottage built in the 1700's with modern amenities including our spacious hot tub. Situated in the heart of the peak district, close by to Castleton, Edale, Buxton, & Tideswell. The cottage is situated in Peak forest, within close proximity to the village pub, less than half a mile. The cottage has 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, at downstairs toilet, a dining room & a living room equipped with a log burner. Both bedrooms & living rooms have TV's hooked up with available apps.

Charming cottage with private garden pet friendly

Charming and cosy Crooked Nook is a 2 bedroom characterful little cottage built in the 1750s. It is quirky, filled with history but is also comfortable with mod cons! Centrally positioned in the Peak District National Park at around 25 miles to both Manchester and Sheffield, Crooked Nook is located in the tiny village of Sparrowpit (1300ft!) in the heart of fantastic cycling and walking countryside with routes, rides and paths criss- crossing the Peak District some right from the front door!

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Bay Tree House is a spacious and comfortable holiday home with a contemporary feel, the perfect place to explore the beautiful Peak District! In a quiet, rural village, close to the Spa town of Buxton and its great selection of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Perfectly located near many beauty spots including Chatsworth House, Mam Tor and the Monsal Trail (a fave with cyclists). Bay Tree House has an open plan living and dining space, perfect for small groups and families.

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
