We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Settled a few miles away from Beaumont Hospital, Downtown Royal oak and Clawson, the lower level has a beautiful kitchen with a wrap around quartz bar style counter top and high end appliances.
