Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Grand Rapids

My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

Generally no complaints. Had one or two issues but the team worked to get it solved in a timely manner. Thank you!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Cozy place, highly recommended

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

Saugatuck is a beautiful little town and this Airbnb was a perfect little place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice! As soon as we opened the door, we were surprised with how nice it was. It fits perfectly in this quant artsy town!

If you have the chance to stay at the castle in this airbnb you will not regret it, the airbnb is large and well appointed with everything you need during your stay. The castle is unique and it was a lot of fun seeing the library. It was quiet and secure and located next to the interstate for easy access to many restaurants and shopping areas and not far from downtown. I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

Second time I have stayed with Ron and Judy. I always feel at home and so loved. They always look out for me and make sure I am ok and if I need anything. Even checked on my oil leak in my car I did not know I had. Their place is always beautiful and just like the pictures ( I think better than the pictures). You could not ask for a better host. Your Peaches will be back soon.

It was a great place to stay and very comfortable plus cozy. It is very close to Grand Valley State University so we could visit our sons. It is a 5-star, and I will be coming back.

Absolutely perfect stay! Easy to get to, close to all you want or need! About a mile from the two main beaches, restaurants close by, and don’t forget to go to Ottawa general store to get ice cream! It’s the cleanest airbnb I’ve been to- and I’ve stayed at close to 50 places all over the world. Fantastic! And the price is well below any other comparable airbnbs- shocking! Hosts were great and quick to respond to anything. Even had extra touches like beach towels and tons of games to play! HIGHLY recommend!

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Quiet and easy to get to. Had things to do in GR, but was nice to escape to a more peaceful setting.

Keely was an amazing host. Her Saugatuck home is quaint and cute and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We walked to shops and restaurants and had a quick drive to Virtue Cider for Easter events. The space is clean and cozy. The hot tub was a nice, relaxing feature. Sean's place was perfect for our girls weekend. Great amenities, we lacked for nothing. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to shops and restaurants. We especially loved the closed in front porch where we spent much of our time there. We're already talking about our return trip.

Our stay was perfect! Just what we were looking for. The home was cozy, incredibly clean, had everything we needed and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood!

We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for college graduation so it was a very busy weekend, but it was nice to come back to Sean‘s place and be able to relax and feel at home. It’s very close to the zoo so that was an added treat for the whole family. Sean was very responsive, the house is wonderful and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this home to others.

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

This was a great location. very close to downtown. You could walk downtown rather than trying to find a parking space. The view was great. we didn't have a problem with noise, but we stayed in February so there weren't neighbors. The shops and restaurants were still vibrant and had a good amount of people. The place was very clean and comfortable. had some trouble finding the place. There is a different address on the front of tow building. the correct address was on the door. The hosts were repaonsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

The stay was great — a nice, new apartment about 30 minutes from the city center, located in a lively green area. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, a very good experience.

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

Was only here for a night, but absolutely loved this place and plan to book again! Beautiful space with plenty of breathing room for everyone. Lots of natural light and easy walks to restaurants. The furniture was all SUPER comfortable, especially the beds! Host was prompt and responsive, and instructions were easy and informative. The stairs didn’t bother us, but they may be a bit much for others, especially the ones from the back entrance as they are kind of steep and there’s a decent amount of them. This would be the only “negative” thing I can think of, and again, was not that big of a deal for us particularly. Overall, can’t wait for our next GR adventure and hope to find this cool little spot available for it!

This condo is in a great location! Right on location of Hope College and is surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. No issues with parking. Kept super clean and beds were very comfortable. We found the utility closet to be loud, but other than that, the stay was great. The host is also great and communicative.
