Ideal to walk to the fishing pier on 14th St, surf on 5th St or rent bikes/surreys nearby and cruise the boardwalk! There are many restaurants nearby including the Side Street Cantina next door and Beach Dogs around the corner. This is an older building and may show signs of wear and tear from the salt air.
