Rest and relax in this recently built house, set in the tranquil countryside, for up to 3 people in 2 bedrooms, just 3.5 km from the village of Doyet with its small shops and 12 km from the A71 motorway access. Everything necessary is included (sheets, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, etc.) and the property is stocked with basic food items for the start of your stay (salt, pepper, oil, pasta, etc.). In the summer, 3 bicycles can be made available (€40/stay) + deposit

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
