Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

On the edge of the forest, just outside Assen, you will stay in a completely independent house with its own entrance and garden. From the living room you can look out over the countryside and hear the birds and the wind. Here you can combine the silence of nature with the comfort of a modern and cosily furnished cottage.

Lovely, bright space with French doors facing south. Natural materials, such as clay and wood, have been used. Furthermore, there is a wood stove to heat the cottage and there is a boiler for the hot water. Everything is provided, from bedding to tea towel, from frying pan to hand blender. You can take beautiful walks from the cottage, e.g. the eight of Amen or to the Balloërveld near Rolde.
