Wir laden euch ein in unseren gemütlichen Rückzugsort, die Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Stilvoller Industrial trifft Jungle, Neu begrüßt Alt. Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Dresden, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt, Neustadt und der Elbe entfernt. Vodafone WiFi Hotspot buchbar (1 Woche 10€). TV ist nicht verfügbar, dafür schönes Bett und eine gemütliche Leseecke oder die Bar unten im Haus mit Livemusik (; Das Red Rooster hat Sitzplätze im Freien und öfters Livemusik und liegt im Hof der Wohnung. Es gibt es Bäckerei, Yoga Studios, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Dresden zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

The accommodation consists of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom (double bed) and a living room with balcony and sofa (extendable for 2 more people). Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer and coffee maker including fresh coffee beans!

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

If you are looking for a cozy, bright apartment for a short trip to Dresden, this is the place to be. The one-room apartment is located on the edge of the lively and popular Neustadt, Dresden's trendy district. It is located on the 4th floor in the attic. In the apartment there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a short hallway and a kitchen that can be reached via the living/bedroom. A balcony is also available, which invites you to linger.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
