Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Spring is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds will cheerfully chirp you early in the morning and the forest lake will call the brave to a morning swim (12 min walk). You'll sit on the terrace all day, watching nature awaken, making campfires, chilling out – and perhaps letting the many impressions reverberate. Since civilisation is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
