Located 2 km above the village of Chalabre where you can find all the amenities of a village of 1000 inhabitants, you will stay in the middle of a property of 75 hectares facing the Pyrenees chain. The estate also welcomes mountain bikers as well as horse riders and their horses.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Grandpa's Workshop

Former textile workshop rehabilitated into a warm family home. Its spacious and elegant main room made up of 12 walls is lit from sunrise to sunset. Located 30 minutes from the Monts d'Olmes ski resort, 20 minutes from Lake Montbel and close to the Cathar castles (20 minutes in Montségur) and 2 minutes from the greenway. We recommend walks to Roquefixade, the Frau gorges or the Fontestorbe fountain and a few summer evenings at the Roquefort waterfalls reception.

Small cottage for 4 people with roof terrace, located in a small quiet village surrounded by nature, 8 km from Mirepoix (medieval city), in a region with many historical sites (Cathar castles, and prehistoric caves adorned with cave paintings). There are many hiking trails and many places to visit, underground river, museums, Prehistory Park, hot springs, intermittent fountain and of course the castles, caves and medieval cities.
