In our historic half-timbered house, you can expect the warmth of old plank floors and the coziness of antique furniture as well as modern comfort. The small separate garden offers space to relax and for the children to play. We are happy to advise you on excursions, hikes and bike tours.

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. I offer a vacation rental in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb. When booking the accommodation for tourist activities, a tourist tax is due.
