Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy your packed lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. The house is located on a unique plot with its own path directly down the dune to amazing child-friendly beach. It is 120 meters to the beach. The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy space of the house. The place is looking for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

Our small, cozy cottage is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The cottage is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches on the coast, and Voerså town with shopping and pleasure boats. 1000 m to the sea!

Relax in this peaceful, unique and newly built cottage located in a lovely forest area. For an extra fee, you can take a hot shower or enjoy a nice hot bath outside. If it's the beach that pulls, it's just an 8-minute drive away. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed with room for 4, plus there is a travel bed for the smallest. The heart of the house is the kitchen area, where there is a high ceiling and open spaces. From all rooms there is an exit to the large terrace.

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.
