All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Nice villa with sunny terrace and trampoline

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. 150 sqm, parking for up to three cars. The pump for the pool needs to be running half the day, choose for yourself whether it is during the day or night, put in the cord that is directly outside the terrace door. Then take it out in the morning/evening. Never leave the house without taking the awnings in to the wall. There are two remotes. AC there are two of them, remotes there with. We usually have a cat in the house.

Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
