I had a wonderful stay at Kapil and Seema’s place. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, and their local tips and kind gestures added a personal touch that made the experience even more special. I truly appreciated it and would be happy to stay again in the future!

Really enjoyed my stay again. Great option as easy to park, friendly host and nice large room with ensuite bathroom. basically the whole of the 2nd floor to yourself. I really like staying there

This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.
