Holiday rentals in Drum Point

The location for this house is beautiful! We loved the private dock and spacious backyard. We stayed in late March so it was a bit cold some days but we still had a great time using the provided Kayaks and sitting on the dock and watching the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect to have some s'mores nights around the firepit. The hosts were VERY responsive. The few times I had questions they replied within minutes and were very accomodating with our requests. They were very proactive with instructions and generously mentioned a foldable crib for the infant in our group - although we had our own that we used. The kitchen had all of the dinnerware and cookware that we needed for the meals that we made. The living areas were open and inviting. It was perfect for our group. One thing to watch for is the very steep driveway. It took a few times to get used to. We would definitely stay there again when we visit our family in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Perfect weekend away! The home backed up to the Chesapeake Bay. The home was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Me and some friends stayed here and we all loved it. More than enough space and so much stuff/activities from movie nights to playing pool to hitting the hot tub and more to do in the house! We would definitely stay here again and the host was great.

We had a quick weekend getaway and loved every moment. House was perfect for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable and the fire pit was amazing. The house came with everything we needed along with extras we didn’t even expect. Denise was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a peaceful escape, you found it. Although this home can be used for large gatherings, it is also the perfect getaway for 2. My husband and I loved watching the water and the natural wildlife. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THIS HOUSE!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We stayed here for 3 nights - family of 3 and a dog. Beautiful house in an amazing setting. Everything we needed was in the house. brand new kayaks, life vests, a grill, a hot griddle, a very nice hot tub, on and on and on. Brian & Clara were super responsive and went above and beyond. There was one minor item that they ran out of (no big deal), but they came over and dropped off late at night, despite me saying its not urgent. Lovely folks! VERY clear instructions on checkout making it easy to follow. You have your own private beach right outside the backyard, a fishing pier to fish or just sit and take in the scenery. Lot of board games to keep you occupied; nice TV; wifi; every single utensil you would need; you will not miss a thing. Thanks Brian & Clara! We will happily return here!
