Walking distance to main shopping and eating precinct. Amenities included such as sheets, Ffluffy bathsheets floor matts and face washers. Guests are also invited to help themselves to anything in the pantry! Tea and coffee provided. Kitchen is set up with basic requirements to accommodate 4 people. Our home has been tastefully renovated and is comfortable and quiet. The entire home is for your use. There are 3 good size bedrooms, freshly carpetted and painted. R.C air con throughout the home, with a private backyard to enjoy. Close the supermarket, tavern, shops and parks. It is located only 5 minutes from the Dubbo CBD and is 10 minutes from the Taronga/Western Plains Zoo. Major department stores are 5 minutes away. You’ll love my place because its located in a quaint village where you can unwind, go for walks, eat in or out or enjoy visiting Shoyen Gardens, Zoo, Wellington Caves, live show (DRTCC) or the cultural centre. Charming farm stay close to Dubbo

As Dubbo has now entered into another drought, the lake is drying up, paddocks becoming bare and dusty. We would love to host you however understand if you would prefer to visit when the place is looking fabulous again. Sharing this information as I believe it’s best to be honest and don’t want to create unrealistic expectations. However inside the cottage is welcoming, sunsets great and lots of wildlife outside. Nil cleaning or surcharges applied.
