Absolutely fabulous house - excellent location and wonderful attention to detail. We loved it all- the lovely gas fireplace, the coffee maker, BBQ , board games and extensive library. Easily the best appointed short stay house we have leased. Seemless check in and absolutely spotless on arrival. 10 STARS from us - thank you !!

The house was great and exactly what we wanted. It was very conveniently located to visit the zoo and very nice to come back to after a long day. Sue was a very good host. Everything was well explained and she was very responsive. We had a great couple of days

We had a great stay in a clean and well appointed house. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Very clear communication. We would stay again if we return to Dubbo.

We really enjoyed the home, easy to locate, close to facilities, beautiful modern spacious home which was very well presented. We made full use of the pool. Host checked in with us upon arrival and prior to departure. We would strongly recommend this home for large families as there is plenty of living space and privacy.

We enjoyed our stay in this attractive and well appointed home home . We had 7 guests but it sleeps up to 10 people comfortably . The Dining seating was for 8 adults along with a lively breakfast bar area and outdoor dining poolside. We would definitely book this home again, it suited our 3 nights in Dubbo for a family wedding on the old Dubbo Road. Thanks again Air BNB made easy

Your home was great! Came in and the heating was on! That was sooo lovely of you! Especially as we had arrived at night and it was absolutely freezing. My dogs loved the backyard! It was perfect. AND the dog bed, water and food bowls provided was soooo thoughtful! Everything in your home was just perfectI LOVED the huge bath tub! It is stunning! Accessing the property was super easy with clear instructions. I loved the theme of the house with tasteful animal artwork throughout. Thank you so much Sue. I will definitely stay again when going through Dubbo and I highly recommend your beautiful property to anyone.

Loved our stay! The place was so clean and exactly what was shown! Easy to find and waking up to kangaroos was gorgeous!

Great place to stay, within 10-15mins of all the local attractions and a great place to explore the area. Took a star of cleanliness because some of the bedding didn’t smell right - one doona smelt like cologne and a couple of pillows smelt like they would benefit from being aired out, and the bbq in the yard while mostly clean was a bit rusty (we didn’t use). Communication with host was good they promptly provided oven mitts and tea towels when requested, as these were missing on arrival and took note of suggestions/minor damage reported. If you want to cook for kiddie meals, there is only salt and pepper, cling wrap and baking paper but luckily Orana mall is only a 5 min drive away. The communal pool and community bbq area is apparently off limits to short stay guests according to the signage so keep that in mind if you were planning on using those facilities. We checked it out but the pool was unheated so not of interest to the kiddos. There are some toys which was a nice touch.

Such a nice house with convenient location! Ally is really responsive, considerate and proactive. We will definitely come back if we are at the town next time!

Lovely home and our guys were very comfortable. Would happily stay here again. We have also booked another one of their accommodations for another work stint in the area as our workers were very comfortable and the company that looks after these places were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Great spot to revive and recharge and get a load of washing on 😄. Close enough to walk to restaurants. Great bed, so you'll sleep well.

Great place to stay at Dubbo. Highly recommended. Right in the center of the city with everything so close by (mostly walk-able distance). Very peaceful neighbourhood with no disturbances. House is equipped with almost all one can ask for. My son enjoyed the basket ball hoop and PS4 game. TV in both living room and kids room was very enjoyable by our family. Kitchen was equipped with nice collection of utensils and basic groceries which was very helpful for us as we planned all the meals to be made at home due to my mom's meal preferences. The staff at BNB was easily reachable/available for support for anything in need. Overall great place to stay as a family in Dubbo. We will recommend to our family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at Timmy’s place. A beautiful and comfy home. Very spacious with two sitting areas as well as a lovely backyard. Close to IGA- about 2 mins walk. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend a stay here.

Place was a good size, comfortable and clean.

The house was a home away from home for us, with incredible attention to detail. It was spotless, beautifully styled, and comfortable, with everything well considered for a relaxing and luxurious stay. It has a great deck and backyard for kids to play, and the street is quiet and tree-lined with lots of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Georgia was an exceptional host; proactive, friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this house and will definitely try to book it for our next trip!
