This large one bedroom apartment is attached to the rear of a magnificent heritage listed property "Cardiff", set back from the road on a large block, you will enjoy peace and quiet. There is a separate entry and it is spacious, tidy and comfortable. Close to CBD and tourist attractions. Easy access to beautiful walkways along Wambuul (Wiradjuri for "winding river") Full kitchen, washer/dryer located within the apartment. Note pool only available from Oct-Feb. We have 2 very friendly dogs.
