Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Dating back to 1670 but completely modernised and rebuilt 4 years ago, we welcome you to our spacious, comfortable and warm Dublin townhouse. The house and garden is in a tranquil setting and backs on to the walls of the Phoenix Park but it is located just 3 miles from Dublin city centre. Measuring 210 m2 and with a very big garden incl. BBQ and outside fireplace. There are four independent sleeping areas. Scandinavian style design. Everything is very clean and in perfect order.

Large gardens to sit out. Free parking, fully equipped, door to patio from living rm. Open fire. 2nd flr, v safe, no lift. By the sea. Strong WIFI, Netflicks, TV. Not a sleek mod hotel-like flat tho. Full of charachter. Stylish. Min july/aug stay is 6 days.

Conveniently located a bus stop 3 minutes away on Kimmage Road West with regular buses to city center. The Ashleaf shopping mall is a 10 minute walk with a great Dunnes Stores supermarket, free parking. 5 minutes if you take short cut through park) Lorcann O Toole is next door with a kiddie’s playground and nice walks 🌳
