Experience our custom-built eco-friendly tiny home perched on the top of the ridge above the majestic St Croix River Valley. Enjoy expansive views from the deck, loft or many windows looking over the valley. Enjoy our private barrel-sauna, fire-pit, gas grill, pond with canoes and kayak or Wolf Creek with a private crystal-clear swimming hole! Nordic Lake Cabin : Sauna/Hot Tub/Pontoon Rental

We finished building this modern Scandinavian cabin in spring 2020. It’s been featured in Vogue and on Magnolia Network. The cabin sits at the end of the road on a private lot with a perfect view of sunsets over the nature side of the lake. Drive past farm fields, into the woods, and onto our private gravel road, arriving at the driveway. Watch loons, tundra swans, eagles, beavers and deer while you relax by the lake. Pontoon boat rental is available as an add on! Pets welcome for a $90 fee!

It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. At 700sq ft, it's intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. Renovated cabin nestled high in the pines overlooking the river. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where the river views will take your breath away. We have a great selection of games, books and movies to snuggle up with in front of our warm fireplace. Bring your snowmobiles, ATVs and ice fishing gear as we are close to the Gandy Dancer Trails and our beautiful river flows to two lakes for great fishing - end at our bonfire pit to roast S'mores and swap stories!

Four Seasons of Cabin Fun - Bunkhouse Retreat

This relaxing and open concept renovated barn is perfect for your nature retreat. Located on a secluded bay of the lake, this place provides a relaxing getaway in any season. Use the paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes in the summer and enjoy snowmobiling on the nearby trails or snowshoe around the property in the winter. Just a 1.5 hour drive from the Twin Cities! You will be greeted by a stone gate and quarter-mile driveway lined by maple trees on your way into the property.

The "Gatekeeper" cottage has a natural gas stone fireplace in the living room, Full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, full bath on the main floor and a half bath in the sleeping loft. (Need to be able to climb ladder stairs to lofted bedroom). A spiral staircase leads you down to the lower level which has an additional bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the extra living room space, and full bathroom. The lower level also has a walk out french door to the patio area.
