Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The independent accommodation for guests, obtained from the barn, is complete with a dining room, comfortable bathroom and a large and bright room with a double bed and a three-quarter bed ideal for a couple, family or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.
