Enjoy amazing sea view from apartment balcony. Our apartment is located in beautiful seaside place Dugi Rat which is great connected with cities of Split and Omiš. We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. Buses for cities of Split and Omiš drive every 15 minutes. On check in You will get appartment app link where You can find more info, recommendations and tips about the area.

All floors have beautiful seaview, parking for cars and possibility to use bbq near house. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.

Beautiful new apartman suitable for 2+2.Bathroom with shower and washing machine ,also have another little bathroom and open space with sitting table.The apartment including unlimited wifi internet ,playstation 4 on demand ,smart tv with lots of program and private parking.Near apartment is a playground for basketball , football and handball.The city beach is a 5 minute walk and beach with blue flag is 10 minutes . There are two big supermarkets near apartment.

Apartman je udaljen od mora i prekrasne šetnice 15 metara i nije potrebno prelaziti cestu. Na minutu hoda nalazi se pizzeria-restoran a na 5 minuta hoda marketi i supermarketi.
