Some places are just special and this one certainly fits the bill. From start to finish this was a great stay. Easy communication with Jason and check in. The house was just as pictured. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and nicely appointed furniture throughout the house and on the deck. We lounged on the deck to start the day with our coffee and hung out there to end the day. Being able to see the water from the deck was a constant highlight. When we needed to go to town, it was a short drive, easy bike ride or long walk. Highly highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it!

Brian was very accommodating with a last-minute booking. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication with another rental location and found ourselves on the island without a spot to stay. Brian was very responsive and got us into this cute apartment without any delay and saved our vacation. We were very lucky to find such a centrally located and well-cared-for apartment on such short notice.

I loved my stay at Jenny's and Ania's place! The room was clean, cozy, warm (with a fireplace that works), and had everything that we needed (including a haridryer, hangers, and full kitchenware). The property is also steps away from the beach and we managed to catch the sunrise and sunset—it was a beautiful and humbling view and experience! Sue and Christine were especially helpful during the day of our checkout; thank you for the warm hospitality! It was a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay. I will definitely wish to return when I visit Falmouth in the future! :))

The house is lovely! The yard is the real star here, and the location is fantastic. The only small things I would comment on are providing your own linens (not ideal) and no coffee or anything to last a day upon arrival. But overall, I would recommend it for a nice stay on the island!

Amazing stay. We felt so at home during our time there. Five of us total (including a 7 year old) and we had more than enough space. Amazing light and peaceful. All amenities we needed. Short 5 minute drive to Circuit Ave and everything we needed. We were barely home. Great communication and was extremely flexible about our check in. Looking forward to booking again!

What a wonderful stay! John is a welcoming and friendly host. We were in Dartmouth for bike rides and the beach, and John had great recommendations for local spots. The house is very cozy and full of books and local art and artifacts. The location is scenic and quiet, with great stargazing at night and birdwatching during the day.

Great central location Interior of the home was outstanding Excellent air conditioning in every room Kitchen had everything you could need: modern appliances, multiple utensils & flatware, plenty of counter space Living room & common areas were very comfortable Karaoke machine was a nice bonus All 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds, mattresses & linens, plus ample closet space, but limited drawer or shelf space Main bathroom tub is clamshell; hard to get in & out, would not recommend for anyone with balance or stability issues Exterior is very private, but needs landscaping attention. If the outside was as outstanding as the inside, this property would be spectacular. That said, the interior is truly what matters, & it was excellent We would definitely recommend others to stay here!! Thanks

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the Cape! The condo was bright, clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The view of the water/proximity to the beach was amazing, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do around town. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and can honestly say it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome with thoughtful touches like a personalized welcome note and a basket of local treats. Great location along with being peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, we highly recommend! The host was communicative, the space was perfect for our family of 6!

I stayed at Lisa's place while my husband and I were running the Cape Cod marathon this year. It was great, half a mile from the 13 and 21 mile markers and super convenient for our parents to come and watch. There is a great walking trail nearby and it is close enough to many restaurants. The house is cute and quaint and very comfortable.
