Holiday rentals with a patio in Dumaguete

Eric and Mary are very nice people and very considerate, very honest host. very recommended and would love to stay in their place again in our future Dumaguete escaped

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

The place was clean and in a great location near the city center. The host was very responsive, and the staff on-site were accommodating and easy to talk to. Overall a smooth and pleasant stay.

The unit is a great spot to stay, Id book again. Air conditioning worked well, bed surpisingly comfortable with great pillows. Shower is decent (Better than most in PH) Cold fridge for drinks. Unit felt secure to lock up belongings. Neighbourhood / access road be cleaned up a smidge, parking sufficient but unclear where is the correct spot. At 5 am you will be aware of the Neighbors dogs and chickens but not disturbing enough that I reduced the 5 starting rating. Reasonable to say better than most places for the same price range and no septic small often friend in Dumagete rental properties.

This is my second time staying at Darlene's apartment and everything was great again. Great location close to everything by trike that you can catch right in front of the property. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Dumaguete.

Overall not bad. Communication with the host is quick. If there are no other booking guests at check-in and check-out, the time adjustment You seem to be at your own discretion. The host dropped me at the airport on the day I checked out, but he dropped me off at the airport without receiving an additional amount. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay.

Me and my partner definitely had a very good time staying at Emily's. We enjoyed the home made banana muffins. ⭐ The clean rooms were majestic; even the pool was spotless. We definitely loved the breakfast bundle. The spot is somehow accessible with a little bit of motorcycle/car ride (or maybe walk) but despite the distance, it is worth it. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and fellow travelers who want to enjoy their stay in Negros. Plus, Emily was kind enough to print out our e-tickets for our boat ride home.

A cozy and well-equipped space that truly feels like home. Thoughtfully stocked with essentials—including toothbrushes and toothpaste—for added convenience. Fast internet and dedicated study tables make it ideal for those balancing work and relaxation. The person in charge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌

Gav's Abode is a hidden gem that is bang for the buck ! . We were a group of friends from Manila and need a stay in Dumaguete, check in are super flexible that Sir Donn allowed us to leave our luggages at around 9:00 am. The place was very spacious and didn’t even need to use the attic room because the ground floor bedrooms were huge and super comfy. It’s the perfect spot for groups looking to hang out, relax, and enjoy a stylish space together. Highly, highly recommend!
