This wee gem is a newly and tastefully decorated semi detached house with enclosed garden, patio area, 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), a through lounge including dining area and a fitted kitchen. It is mega close to town centre, Royal County Down golf course and the beach (10 minutes on foot). It has parking, wi-fi, tv, DVD player, family board games, stereo, sound dock, coffee maker, new electric shower, open fire for cosy nights and bbq for summer. Absolutely everything you will need.

3 bedroom house at Murlough, near Newcastle

This spacious 3 bedroom house is in a fantastic location. It is situated between Dundrum and Newcastle, within walking distance of Murlough Beach and Murlough Nature Reserve. The Mourne Mountains, Dundrum Castle and the Royal County Down Golf Club are nearby. The house is in a rural location but there is easy access to public transport. Pets are welcome but we would ask that they are kept downstairs in the property. There is also a secure enclosure for dogs in the garden.
