We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Spacious 3 BR home along Trew Creek with incredible mountain views. You'll be able to relax and unwind in this peaceful mountain home, all while being just 14 miles to downtown Durango. Private creekside patio with creek running through property. Beautiful stone fireplaces in master bedroom and living room, as well as a wood burning stove in the living room.
