Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Durango

Nos gustó mucho el departamento está muy cómodo y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, está en planta baja y ubicación privilegiada frente a la alberca y la zona está muy tranquila y muy cerca del mar.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, el depa está muy amplio y lindo. Raúl muy amablemente respondía a la brevedad y estuvo al pendiente. Muy recomendado. Seguro volveremos.

No matter how many times I stay here, I always can’t wait to come back. It’s a really unique experience even with so many options in Mazatlan. It’s rare to find a place with easy parking, private, with a pool, beautifully decorated, in a great location, and with a great host to match. It’s no surprise why it’s usually booked!

We brought our 18 year old son and 3 of his friends for their senior year spring break and stayed at Monica’s beautiful condo in the Golden Zone. With enough beds for all six of us and 2.5 bathrooms it was perfect! We walked everyday to the local shops, restaurants, and all of the bars with live music EVERY Night. The pool is really great, especially enjoyed the swim up bar and being able to put pesos down ahead of time towards food and drinks. The view from the living room balcony is so beautiful! The condo is exactly how it is described and pictured. The only suggestions we have are: more outdoor furniture, particularly on the master bedroom balcony (there’s none). FYI for those considering this place- it’s right in the golden zone, so it can be loud at night and there isn’t a beach to sit on unless you go up the beach a bit and rent chairs. Other suggestions: have extra blankets for chilly MZT nights, more pillows, and some fans. We would definitely stay here again!!

Es un departamento muy muy bonito, bien ubicado, cómodo , cerca de todo, excelente también en cuanto a limpieza, Eli siempre estuvo muy pendiente de los mensajes que le mandaba , definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí

My husband and I stayed for 2 months and we both were very sad to have to move to another location as this was booked during our 3rd month of our stay. It's a perfect location to head to the gold zone or the opposite way to Walmart. You are able to catch bused easily. The apartment worked well for us. Full size refrigerator, just the right amount of cooking utensils. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. we loved the big TV in the bedroom. washer and dryer up on the rootop are definitely a plus for long term stays. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another 3 months!!!

Una zona muy tranquila, donde el mar estaba a unos cuantos minutos, muy buenos restaurantes y todo muy accesible. Un oxxo y una farmacia muy cerca. Volvería sin duda alguna!!!

Una estancia muy agradable y todas las personas del edificio muy amables y atentos, la anfitriona genial , el departamento como lo buscábamos en un lugar accesible para disfrutar de las amenidades que había cerca, me volvería a quedar sin pensarlo ☺️

Súper linda la casa, el señor muy amable y la señora que nos recibió también, nos la pasamos muy agusto disfrutamos mucho la estancia, lo único que le ponemos pero es que no está la casa a la orilla de la playa, pero todo lo demás lo disfrutamos mucho!!

Zona muy tranquila, tiendas cerca, cerca de la playa pero sin todo el ruido y movimiento de esa zona. Un lugar limpio y bien acondicionado, baño limpios y con agua caliente, una muy buena opción

el alojamiento estuvo genial, camas muy cómodas la estancia o sala muy cómoda , y la zona muy tranquila , la verdad la única queja que tengo al respecto es que se em acabaron los días de descanso , porque con gusto me quedaría más días, Daniela la chica que me contacto también muy amable , sumamente recomendable la estancia , sin lugar a dudas si vuelvo sería de mis primeras opciones para quedarme

great place, well worth the price with lots of space. 5 rooms, 4 with own full bathrooms. about 5 min walk to beach, convenience store, main strip with all the restaurants. felt very safe walking around with my daughter. air conditioning worked great with separate units in each room that worked very quickly. hosts were very helpful with advice or guidance on the house and the area

todo estubo muy bien, la verdad es un espacio realmente para descansar si buscas algo así, si eres ejecutivo o de vacaciones familiares es perfecto, no hay ruido, no hay peligros debido a que es en privada, tienes prácticamente todo a la mano. excelente

Me encantó la vista, zona muy céntrica para restaurantes y vida nocturna, además el complejo brinda varias amenidades para niños y adultos, solo considerar que tiene 1 cajón de estacionamiento para que lo tomen en cuenta si van en 2 carros.

Elena’s Space is TO DIE FOR! 🤩 You can’t photograph or put into words the view from the balcony, there is plenty of space and room for your whole family and the service and responsiveness is TOP TIER! 🙌🏼 If you are staying in Mazatlan and want a beautiful view, pool, and space to enjoy the newer side of Mazatlan, Sinaloa; THIS SPOT IS A NO BRAINER! I will DEFINITELY be coming back…. SOON!

Nos encantó el departamento y el personal que se encuentra en las instalaciones siempre fue muy amable. La zona está súper bien ubicada, sin duda regresamos!

The Pearl Tower is an awsome property with epic views of the ocean and romantic sunsets enjoyed in your private balcony. The condo was just as described and wonderfully furnished for a private getaway or enough room for family and friends. Maria was super easy to communicate with and Alonzo was super friendly. I would highly recommend for short getaways or extended vacations in Mazatlan.

Sheri’s place was in a quiet safe gated community. There are stores and restaurants walking distance. You can uber or get a pulmonía into La zona dorada or el malecon. The pool was clean and it was literally just us. You can walk to the beach too. I would definitely go back.

Excelente departamento ! La vista inmejorable , todo muy ordenado y limpio , amplio , cocina funcional , baños para todos. la alberca muy bien para los niños , jacuzzi a buena temperatura , la playa es mas privada , casi no pasan comerciantes , la entrada y salida en carro es muy fácil . Sin duda un muy buen lugar para pasarlo con tu familia .. muy recomendable ! Esperamos regresar pronto !!!

Great place, walk over to the beach.

Excelente todo, buena vigilancia un mueble sillon de sala mejor no estaría mal, y una silla de comedor paravque sean seis, hay 5, y son maximo 6 huéspedes. Mejor calidad en papel de baño y café que no hay. Si hay cafetera pero no café. Todo en general muy bien. Saludos y son minimas cosas, excelente todo.
