Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. Charming apartment, with free garage and terrace, in the heart of the city in an old building made of Volvic stone. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Spacious and bright, U-shaped around a skylight. Not overlooked with stunning views of the cathedral to the south and the Côtes de Clermont to the north. ⚠️On the 3rd floor without elevator, not accessible for people with reduced mobility⚠️.
