Located at the foot of the thermal baths, it is ideal for spa guests, you will only have to cross the road to access the apartment. Charming studio with a sleeping area to feel like you're in a room with a canopy to brighten the day! Fully equipped accommodation, linens provided (sheets, towels) and washer-dryer. Numerous amenities, restaurant, supermarket, bakery at the foot of this 1950s building. You'll understand it's a beautiful place for a night or a long stay!

Very welcoming studio on the top of Clermont Ferrand. 10min from Puy de Dome, Vulcania and Zénith d 'Auvergne and Airport. 5min from Salle Polydome, Coopérative de Mai, Centre ville et gare. Beautiful view of Clermont Ferrand. Parking. Equipped kitchen - 1 bed 160 x 200cm. - 2 beds on mezzanine in 90 x 190cm, for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower but no bathtub. Genuine 2-room apartment, completely renovated. The bright 38 m2 apartment, accessible by a staircase of about fifteen steps, consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining area. The living room has an 80 cm TV and a sofa bed, only suitable for a child. The accommodation has a real separate bedroom (queen size mattress 160 x 200) with its small wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and illuminated mirror + electric heating. Separate toilet.

Nice studio on Royat

We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.
