Such a pretty and private place! Our house was in the highest spot of the property and the view was crazy good. The only complain i have its hard to get to the reception - when i was told to contact keyholder privately they gave me totally different adress for key pickup then it was stated in airbnb post but we made a few phone calls and we got to the right spot. Also be aware that the pool is open for limited time of the year, sadly we missed it for our stay :((

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

We were happy with everything, clean house, clean neighborhood. Various activities for children in the house, which we welcomed. We didn't miss anything. Great communication with the host and she always responded right away.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

The three houses are fantastically beautifully located. There are great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. We will be happy to come back!

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

Maciej was reacting very fast each time we needed something, trying to fulfill all our needs. The cottages are in beautiful place on the hill with hard to beat view from the window. They are surrounded by amazing forests which you can explore. We recommend also delicious breakfast full of local goodies.

Very nice caretaker, beautiful cottage, everything was clean, nothing was missing during the stay. Beautiful fire pit right next to the creek, activities for children, and as a bonus, a hot tub that everyone was in love with. For us, the only downside when the property was not fenced and we had limited options with dogs, but otherwise the cottage has no fault *** Thank you for a great weekend and I recommend 😊

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

I booked the whole house during New Year's Eve with my friends and family. Brzozów is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a great place for walking. The house is very well equipped, you can prepare meals, there is a dishwasher, oven, etc. Interestingly, there are no shortage of capsules, spices, and tea, as in other places. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are as well. We'd love to come back to this place :) The owner is a great and contactable person. I recommend!

We were there for a hiking holiday in April. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer rock town, Bischofstein castle ruins are within walking distance, you practically don't need the car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village several good restaurants which were already open in the subaster season. Small grocery stores also on the spot. The house is cozy and roomy, beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. It would be nice if there was a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate your own utensils, they were quite crowded. Sanitary facilities were all functional, but could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

The house is very comfortable, impeccably clean, equipped with everything you need - dish soap, new sponges and cloths, toilet paper, cleaning liquids, hand soap, even a paper towel. Sheets and towels are nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Country eggs for your first breakfast, a small thing and happy :) Books, board games, children's toys, badminton palette, boules, etc. Spaces to relax both inside and out - a fireplace, a large couch, comfortable seating in the garden, sun loungers, and a grill. A large, beautifully maintained outdoor area, old larchs with nesting boxes are delightful. Extensive walking areas, access to all activities of the Valley within an hour. Great communication with the owner, flexible checkout. A really recommendable place, thank you very much, we will be back!

The house is very clean, well-equipped, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, a great base for mountain walks or a ski trip to Zieleniec. Mr. Oskar is a nice person, available at any time of day.
