Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Sierpnica Mountain Haven. Little Owl Cottage

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. A mountain cottage with a sauna and hot tub and a living room with a fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Larch House

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

Apartament Czar-nów

This charming place will allow you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the proverbial "big city". You'll find real rest and relaxation here. This will provide, among other things, a wonderful neighborhood and the interior of the apartment. In addition, Czarnów is a great starting point for popular destinations such as Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba, and Wałbrzych. Our family is constantly on site to meet your additional requirements and requests whenever possible.

Modern and spacious interiors on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. If you want to spend time in a quiet, chill atmosphere (watching a movie on the projector or taking a relaxing bath overlooking nature), this is the perfect place for you. Three double bedrooms; spacious living room with a fold-out corner sofa; fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi for summer use. No loud parties. We do not accept groups of men only.

The Karkonosze Mountains, part of the Sudetes, are situated in the southwestern part of the country. The breathtaking landscape offers a serene sense of peace and nature, with excellent hiking opportunities, while cities such as Prague and Dresden are within a short driving distance.

Ostoja pod Osówką Dom Cisza (Silence House)

You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.
