Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Settlement Behind the mountains behind the woods Squirrel

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Mountain Harbor Sierpnica. Domek Duża Sówka

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming place for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Sowie Mountains. Guests have at their disposal two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna, and a gazebo for grilling. From the windows there is a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. In "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" silence and peace, a beautiful, soothing view dominate, and roe deer and field hares are frequent guests - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests.

Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Nuka House – Nature Theater, Jacuzzi and privacy.

Nuka House is a cottage nestled in the Opawskie Mountains — 5,000 m² of garden, mountain views, and uninterrupted silence. The entire space is exclusively yours. Your complete privacy and safety are ensured by a fenced property and 24/7 external monitoring. Immerse yourself in the Hot Tube under the stars, by candlelight and the scent of wood after rain. Modern and spacious interiors on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. If you want to spend time in a quiet, chill atmosphere (watching a movie on the projector or taking a relaxing bath overlooking nature), this is the perfect place for you. Three double bedrooms; spacious living room with a fold-out corner sofa; fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi for summer use. No loud parties. We do not accept groups of men only.

The 57 m2 house is ideal for a group of up to 6 people. It offers unique views of the river and the surrounding nature. Near the house you will discover the picturesque Prężyce reservoir, beautiful landscapes.

You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.
