Modern and fairly new! Place was clean and the neighborhood was beautiful! Checkin was easy and directions were clear! Will definitely be staying here again! Wonderful place to stay if you’re coming to the sunshine state!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the lovely birds. We would stay here again, highly recommended it.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views of the ocean. Importantly, it is a very short, peaceful walk to the ocean. We just arrived home and cannot wait to return again!!

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, updated condo! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to great restaurants and bars. We especially loved the Tiki bar next door—highly recommend the fish tacos! Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

This home is very beautiful and our hosts were very communicative and accommodating, from the time of booking up to and all throughout our stay. Any questions we had, they got back to use right away. The size of the space and the layout was perfect for my family. We were in town for a wedding, and all of our first time in Jacksonville. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and was close to everything we needed. The wedding was downtown and was easy and quick to get to. I am definitely coming back to Jacksonville, and will be booking my stay here again. The backyard space is pretty cool but we unfortunately did not have time to take advantage of it, but we certainly will next time! The kitchen is a very nice size and has all you would need. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. Kay’s place is absolutely amazing, so beautiful, and has everything you could need in a home away from home. So peaceful and relaxing yet in walking distance to everything. Couldn’t ask for a better air bnb and our host Kay was awesome working with us in an early check in and great response time 100% recommend!!!❤️😁
