Super good host, he was always on the lookout and supporting me in any doubt or need. It is a very quiet and private space, as shown in the photographs. In addition, the area is also quiet and the location is great, you have the UNF very close as well as the Town Center

Bruce is a terrific host and has done an amazing job of turning a small space into a fully functional apartment. Everything you need is there from the very nice sofa, large laundry machines, spacious shower and EXTREMELY comfortable full size bed. The shared outside area is fantastic. It's on a quiet street with plenty of parking in one of the best neighborhoods in Jacksonville. Lovely shops and awesome restaurants are a short walk away. Just be aware, this is a bottom unit and we heard noise from the unit above but it is a very nice place in a wonderful neighborhood.

I stayed here for a month and it was perfect! Everything was exactly as described/pictured. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay! The place is adorable and the bed is super comfortable! It was well stocked with anything I needed. The area is also full of plenty of things to do, which Tiare provided me a wonderful and thorough list of! I would definitely recommend this place/host!
