We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Make beautiful memories together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!

Come and relax in our newly built luxurious and stylish guest house with sauna, for up to 4 people, in the middle of the Frisian Forests. Enjoy the view over the beautiful scenery. The Bergumermeer is only two kilometers away, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the waters of Friesland at the Blauwhoek recreation area. Lots of privacy in a natural environment.

Sleep in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Naast ons kleine natuurkampeerterrein (deze is alleen open in de zomervakantie) staat een prachtig vakantiehuis midden in de natuur. Jurjen heeft het huisje helemaal zelf gemaakt en er voor gezorgd dat jullie volledig kunnen ontspannen. Het keukentje is een echte “Oldtimer” maar ook met oven. De houtgestookte Hottub is er los bij te huren voor €90,- voor een weekend en €120,- voor een midweek/week.

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).
