Holiday rentals with breakfast in East Devon District

Had a lovely stay in Sherborne with my mum. Amelia was very helpful to my mum when she arrived and explained how everything worked. Lovely comfortable beds and nice and peaceful location but extremely walkable to town! Lovely touch to provide bread, juice and milk! We really appreciated the late check out! Thank you!

It was a pleasure to stay in this spacious place, with good amenities around the house. location is good and is well connected. Chloe is a great host and guided us nicely for the pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Georgie's peaceful and well thought out little retreat. A gorgeous getaway in the most stunning location; we enjoyed soaking up the sea views from the beautifully maintained garden, and exploring the coastal walks from the property. Georgie is a perfect host, kind and helpful. I really enjoyed our chat over breakfast.

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

This is just the perfect place to stay. We arrived quite late from Aberdeen into Bristol Airport and after hiring our car we were at this hideaway within 3 minutes! It is quite, off the main road, comfortable and exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Rie’s Retreat is magical. I, how the retreat for 10 women here, and it was idyllic. Her home is spacious, beautiful, peaceful and full of space to reflect and connect, including the most beautiful gardens with dozens of different flowers growing. Her space is filled with positive energy, you can feel the healing powers on the land. And Rie is incredible! First, she is so friendly, personable, and fun! She is also so helpful about everything you need, whether it’s recommendations for activities, or transportation or grocery shopping. She is also an incredible chef, and I highly recommend having her cook your meals for you, as she will make you feel so well fed, pampered, and taken care of. Her meals are healthy and delicious! Even her healthy continental breakfast and snacks are amazing! We all loved the space and the beauty. It’s so close to town and to all Glastonbury sites. I will definitely bring groups of women back here, as Rie is now a friend and sister to us all.

Edith was so welcoming and made us a lovely breakfast. The beds were very comfy, bathroom lovely and clean and the location was perfect for walks into town. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike and Anne’s. They were so lovely and gave the best local recommendations. We took 2 under twos with us and the flat was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us, they even provided a cot! Lots of breakfast supplies were left for us which was amazing and the flat looks even better in person! I will definitely be back in the future for a longer stay:) thank you so much for a great stay!

Our stay at Buckland house was lovely, our accommodation was perfect with everything we needed, the surroundings peaceful and perfect, we hope to definitely return.

Most of all, Eric and Mel are lovely, interesting and attentive hosts, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure every time. 10 out of 10, couldn’t possibly recommend more!

Beautiful property in a popular and beautiful road in bath, great location for exploring the city. The apartment had everything we needed and John and Deb were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can come again!

Really enjoyed being at Kairen's, Newton Ferrer is a beautiful place along the sea and estuary. Kairen's home is centrally located and easy to walk to all the places in the village. We enjoyed the space, it was perfect for a couple and baby.

This is the perfect hideaway for one person or a couple for a visit to Bath. The studio was scrupulously clean and everything you could possibly need is provided. It is bright, airy and modern. The balcony was an added bonus in the sunny weather. Julie is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. She left a lovely selection of breakfast items which I couldn't resist. There is off-road parking which is a great find in the city. It's about a 20min walk downhill into the city, the route is very pretty, esp if you use the scenic version Julie provides. There are buses back up the hill every few minutes. Next time I visit Bath, I won't bother looking elsewhere, I'll just book in with Julie.

Kim is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend!

Mary’s Annexe was perfect for our brief stay for a local wedding! The place was spotless and had everything we could need. Mary left us thoughtful instructions and was the perfect host! I’d recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely stay at this charming, traditional cottage. The house is full of character and decorated with beautiful antiques, making it a unique and memorable experience. It felt like stepping back in time, but with all the comfort I needed. Mary was very friendly and a fantastic host. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic stay.

Lizzie was a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, although small, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. A great location - right on the waterside in Dartmouth - and breakfast was excellent.

This is my second time to Glastonbury & staying with Diana, such a great safe location less than 5 mins walk from the highstreet. felt right at home staying in Diana's can't wait to come back again next year.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet accommodation with an amazing view across the Estuary. Jenny was a very friendly and welcoming host. Cake was provided on arrival and an excellent breakfast was brought up to the room. Would highly recommend.

Rachel is friendly, polite, helpful and easy to talk to. She helped me with parking. The room is cosy and it has a large double bed which is very comfortable. The bathroom is a spacious, with the dining room, they have the nice decorations that I liked very much. I would recommend Rachel's lovely home.

Belinda’s place was perfect for my stay in Dartington. A lovely peaceful room with a view of the garden and a warm welcome. Belinda provided a delicious breakfast too, with great quality produce - you can tell she values good food, thank you so much Belinda! I will be back next time I’m in the area 😊

Well, what can I say about Polly? She was one of the friendliest and responsive hosts I’ve ever met - and so genuine with it too. Helpful - both practically and information wise - and a lovely person, whose home is a very relaxed and peaceful place to stay. When I messaged her, she always responded within seconds or minutes and nothing was too much trouble. Additionally, Polly’s place is close to the most charming town of Totnes. My friend and I had the best time there, which was in no small part due to Polly’s hosting.
