Holiday rentals with beach access in East Dorset District

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Lovely apartment, central to good restaurents, pubs and convienence store. 5 mins to the beach. Quiet at night. Parking is a bonus and the apartment was clean, comfortable and ideal.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Tara sent clear instructions and we found the apartment easily. The space was ideal for us and we had a lovely weekend with our small children.

Stephen and Annette have a lovely home, we enjoyed our stay there over the Easter long weekend. The vibes were really cosy and they were generous with providing some snacks and breakfast items. Stephen even came over to help us figure out heating settings and was really friendly! The area was lovely and peaceful, with a big supermarket about 10-15 min walk away and a cosy cafe for breakfast just down the road. We were also able to get to Bournemouth town centre very easily with a 10-min drive and explored some great stretches of coast quite easily! We really loved our stay and would love to visit again :)

Lovely Apartment only a short walk from the beach and central Swanage. Had everything we needed, quiet and comfortable. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a hen party and my expectations were well passed! The place felt so homely and welcoming and was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a big highlight and felt so clean! The hosts were easy to contact and made it a very easy booking and stay. Thank you so much, we had a fab time and the bride is so happy!!!

Beautiful place that made for a lovely stay!

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

The house was exactly what we needed, and was in an ideal location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The only things I would suggest is that the host provides hand wash in the bathrooms (this is something I’ve experienced in all other airbnb experiences), and the host needs to replace the dining table and dining chairs as these are worn out, and not fit for use. Overall, the house was exactly what we as a group of nine (with two children) needed, and the bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

We had a wonderful weekend at Stable Cottage and can’t wait to book again. All the thoughtful touches, from the history of the house on the info sheets to the fresh garden flowers, made our stay hit beyond our expectations - especially for the price point. Direct access to the beach, (constant) use of the tennis courts/walled garden, enjoying the ducklings on the pond and deer in the forest just made this a very special weekend. Great location for coastal and forest walks rounded off by relaxing in the beautiful living room by the fire, watching films and playing games. We loved every minute.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with a teenager and 10 year old. The communication prior to our arrival was very clear and timely. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the beach. We kept commenting throughout that David and Liz have considered absolutely everything their guests would need and require during the stay. It was spotless and very well kept, we will certainly be back!

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Carley was amazing! The place was just as described with a homely atmosphere!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Great place to base ourselves to explore Bournemouth for a couple of days. Great communication with hosts thank you for a lovely stay.
