Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

One of the best loved properties by the New Forest

Cross Farmhouse is an established luxurious self catering retreat and an SME Award Winner - Best of British Getaways 2025. The beautiful New Forest National Park and Cranborne Chase AONB are on our doorstep. The Farmhouse is set in its own secure and quiet private grounds of landscaped gardens. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! The Garden House Okeford Fitzpaine Dorset
